For a mat enquiry
The postcode decides the postage and is the only thing needed to quote. The mat is 700 by 300 millimetres and three millimetres thick, with a stitched edge and a natural rubber base; it arrives rolled, and it takes a day or two lying flat before it stops wanting to curl at the corners. If your desk is deeper or shallower than the usual 600 millimetres, mention it — the mat can be sent to sit lengthways or across, and it is worth deciding before it ships.
For the writing
Corrections are welcome and get made the same day. If a store fact here has aged — a price, an age rating, a game withdrawn — naming the page is enough, and the entry gets re-checked against the live listing rather than patched from memory.
Game suggestions should be sweet, sugar or cascade puzzles with a store link. Everything is played for a fortnight before it is written about, so the answer is usually "added to the queue" rather than a date.
