This site is run by one person in Adelaide and handles a very small amount of personal information. Everything it does with that information is described below, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information taken

Only the enquiry form: your name, email address, an optional phone number, and a message field normally containing a shipping address. There are no user accounts, no newsletter, no analytics software and no advertising network on this site.

Independently of the page, the hosting provider records server access logs with IP addresses and timestamps, used for security and fault-finding.

What it is used for

Replying to you, and for an order, quoting postage, emailing an invoice and addressing a parcel. Nothing else. No marketing, no profiling, no sale or rental of data to anyone.

Delivery through Telegram

The form posts its contents to a private chat via the Telegram Bot API, operated by Telegram Messenger Inc. Your submission is therefore transmitted to and held on Telegram infrastructure outside Australia, governed by Telegram's own terms. Writing to the email address above bypasses this entirely.

How long it is held

An enquiry that never turns into an order is erased inside a year. Order correspondence is retained while delivery, return or an Australian Consumer Law claim remains possible, then deleted.

Who else receives it

Two recipients only: Telegram, in the way set out above, and whichever carrier takes the parcel. Nobody else, unless disclosure is required by Australian law.

Access, correction, deletion, complaints

Write to the email address above. Requests are answered within 30 days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner takes complaints at oaic.gov.au.

Security and payments

HTTPS throughout, a hidden anti-spam field on the form, and no payment information at any point — there is no checkout here and card numbers are never requested by email.
